Teach the Bible
The PCV is a complementarian denomination, which means that we believe God has made men and women equal in worth and dignity, but with different roles in the church and home.
Because of this, you won’t see women preaching in the mixed Sunday gathering. However, we can see many examples in Scripture of women teaching in other contexts, and so we want to ensure that our churches have places where women are able to teach one another.
Conferences
Women’s Conferences are wonderful opportunities for women with teaching gifts to exercise their skills and build up women in the church.
Many of our churches hold their own women’s conferences throughout the year, or you can join us “On the Road” for our annual WMV conferences that aim to bring faithful biblical teaching around the state.
